Please, help me with this question: will the caffeine in organic green tea interfere with my osteophase? I started drinking green tea one month ago, I drink it at least one hour after I take my Osteophase. Please, your comments are of extreme importance.
God Bless you, J.H.
Hello J.H.,
Thank you for contacting us with your question. I can assure you that the Osteophase you’re currently taking should not be affected by the green tea (caffeinated or not) that you drink, in fact, recent studies have been conducted on compounds in green tea that may be beneficial to bone growth. Here’s a link to a study done on tea drinkers that may be of interest to you: http://bit.ly/5bbsi
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have further concerns.

What is your opinion of EZORB?
GEECEE,
EZORB is probably ok as a supplemental source of calcium. Regardless of the source of calcium, OsteoPhase appears to regulate its effective use in the human body so less of a supplement like EZORB is necessary. OsteoPhase contains herbs that improve blood circulation to and within the bones, a necessary physiological requirement that EZORB and other calcium supplements do not stimulate.
