I’ve had trouble sleeping most of my life. I’ve tried many products. SleepCycle has worked better than I ever expected, and it gets better, it seems, with time. Now I’m not even aware of going to bed, going to sleep … I just wake up in the morning! Another thing that is very good is that sometimes when I get woken up due to noises, early in the morning, leaf blower, etc, I’ll wake up, go to the bathroom, but then I’ll just go back to sleep again. This never happened before, so I’m very happy.
